Starting at approximately 1:10 PM CDT system performance degradation was detected. Our team started to investigate the issue and mitigation steps were taken to restore system performance.
By 2:05 PM CDT system performance was stabilized. Investigation to the root cause was ongoing.
By end of business the root cause was identified, and work was started on a solution.
On 7/18 a hotfix was completed at approximately 3:30 to implement the solution.
